The error margin for the CPC range is plus/minus $1.57. I want to clarify that this is not the list of high paying keywords. The following are not high paying keywords. They are high paying niches so don’t expect high CPC if you use the following phrases as keywords.
The following is a selection for topic that will guide you what niche to select to have a profitable blog /website. generating keywords out of any topic below is your own responsibility. The mount given is is the average lowest and highest CPC is based on your keywords.

Interesting list. May I ask how you came about this?
Thanks.

Hi Saro,
As I mentioned above, it took 2 months to complete this lists based on continuous research… The lists is based on adwords and other PPC networks record.

I really admire the effort you exerted to make such useful list.
However, how sad I am that parenting and marriage are not included not only because they are among my blog topic, but also I think that people should put more focus on them.
But then, I am happy that porn topics are included.

I think I made my last statement wrong. Sorry, but it should be “But then, I am happy that porn topics are NOT included.”

Porn topics are not accepted in most PPC sites..and gambling as well.

Thanks for the list. I am looking for the top paying niche to set up some website. Your list is very helpful.

What method did you use to discover this information?
Some of it I believe due to my own experience, but I find it hard to accept that a few like Offshore Jobs would net that kind of CPC. Overall though, the numbers do look about right for most of it.

Hi Christian,
The list is not created overnight and I had to deal with series of research for 2 months. I used several keyword tracking and monitoring tools from different seo websites.
Though I am the one who created the lists, I also could not accept other niches like hosting and seo for these are saturated niches but the research shows they are still on top.

That is really a great list. Do you mean if we have got keywords related to that with our adsense unit, we might have the chance to get that amount of money with a click?
September 1st, 2008 at 3:26 am
Seems like that Debbie… but google is now very strict.. your article must be unique and not spammy with high keyword density..

Great post, a little hard to read with some of the weird characters that didn’t transfer well, but other then that I enjoyed the brief quotes form the interview.
I greatly enjoyed looking through your blog and found an informative one for finance related topics.

Great list… It will certainly help us to start some good source of income… Thanks…

Are you using Keyword Elite to get the list?
September 17th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
The figures seems huge .. I get at the most half a dollar per click

This is a very helpful list. Quite a few topics in there I never thought to investigate. Thanks!

Actually top paying keywords are not necessarily most profitable. The most profitable keywords have the highest cost/day and clicks/day estimations. For example keyword “insurance” has $17.41 CPC, estimated 49,893.5 clicks per day which translates to $868,645.81 Cost per Day. Compared to keyword “refinance” which has $20.01 CPC, but only 6,827.0 Clicks per day which translates to $136,608.27 of daily cost. See the difference?(you can read whole story and get the list here :http://www.topnichewords.info/most-profitable-adsense-keywords.html)
Also dwi and dui, specifically austin dwi @ $82.92 per click is still the highest (see list here, there are 8 pages of keywords:http://www.topnichewords.info/top-paying-adsense-keywords.html).

That is one fantastic list. I’ve never had much luck with adsense but perhaps with this list I could target keywords that actually make you money.
Thanks a bunch

Great research, Raven, thanks for sharing!
I just wanted to clarify one point - I am sure you realise that adsense popularity does not necessarily reflect natural demand. In other words, what merchants want to sell is not necessarily the same thing as what customers want to buy, LoL :-D))))
I have recently done comparison of google adsense keyword tool with wordtracker and was shocked (!) by how different the PPC keywords are from the natural searches.
I appreciate you are only talking about niches, yet one has to be very careful and not to rely heavily on PPC data when starting a web business. Hope that makes sense.

Wow I can’t believe some niches can provide upwards of $50 per click, really impressive stuff
